Every repair starts with a written estimate. We don't start work until you authorize it. If we find something else mid-repair — say we're replacing a water pump and find the timing belt is cracked — we'll stop, call you, and let you decide whether to add it to the work order or schedule it later.
Honest diagnosis is what we sell. The repair is just the work that follows.
